Joggers and sweatpants are sometimes used as interchangeable names. In our Essentials collection, the distinction is concrete: the regular-fit joggers finish with ankle cuffs, while the loose-fit sweatpants have a wider, open-leg silhouette.

The quick choice: go for joggers if you prefer a gathered ankle; choose sweatpants if you want a looser line down the leg. Then check waist, hip and length measurements.

The regular-fit joggers

The Essential Regular Fit Joggers use 260 GSM fabric with 90% cotton and 10% polyester. The listing specifies ribbed waist and ankle cuffs, plus side and back pockets. Cuffed ankles can keep the outline visually contained around trainers, which makes them easy to pair with a regular tee or a polo.
